Thank you for this timely post during the season of graduations, launchings, and "lasts." Your words remind me of Father Richard Rohr's teachings in his book "Falling Upward" - he would certainly agree with this: "The authentic watermark running through the background of a life’s work is an arrival at generosity..." As a type-A self-identified "striver," I am wrestling with all the truths above, clinging to a through-line (vocation!) as I navigate and sail this next phase of (post-corporate) life.
