I am waking to the knowledge that the moment of revelation may unfold over a long period of time. And often think of time as a construct from the changes that unfold around us. I love this poem so much for its terror and its joy!
There is something of non duality here...a recognition, a revelation of who we truly are that once revealed completes the circle. A dissolution of the body - terrifying; a revelation of the Self’s voice - joyous.
interesting reactions I had to reading this today - a veil falling, the Emperor's new clothes, disarming naked truth ... thanks for the prompt and reminder of the intimacy of revelation
I feel especially with this poem that you are speaking directly to me at this moment of my life. A deep gratitude for these words.

Epiphany greetings Mr. Whyte, as you say
“A Pure Drop” a living poem listening to the future. Warm regards, Geraldine
